* Onsite service, a flat call out charge of $40 per visit, which allows for up to 15 mins travel time from Sydney CBD. For areas up to 30 mins from the CBD a standard charge of $60 will be added. Minimum Onsite Service time is 1 hour (excluding Travel Time), thereafter service is charged in 30 minute increments.
# Helpdesk service is charged in 20 minute increments, there is no charge for general enquiries or quotes.
^ The Introductory Rate applies to a new customer’s first service, including services at multiple sites provided all services are booked during the initial booking. Maximum service time per business is 5 hours.
